L\u2019autohypnose, c\u2019est tout simplement le fait de se mettre soi-m\u00eame en \u00e9tat d\u2019hypnose<\/strong> et d\u2019utiliser cet \u00e9tat pour r\u00e9aliser des changements<\/strong> dans ses \u00e9motions, dans son comportement et dans sa mani\u00e8re d\u2019aborder la vie afin d\u2019\u00eatre plus \u00e9panoui.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Peut-\u00eatre ne le savez-vous pas mais vous faites d\u00e9j\u00e0 de l\u2019autohypnose sans m\u00eame vous en rendre compte. Toute r\u00eaverie est une forme d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019hypnose<\/strong> mais ce qui va en faire de l\u2019autohypnose, c\u2019est le fait de diriger vos pens\u00e9es et d\u2019utiliser cette r\u00eaverie dans un objectif particulier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce qui va vous permettre de r\u00e9aliser les changements qui sont importants pour vous, c\u2019est cet \u00e9tat modifi\u00e9 de conscience associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des autosuggestions (vous les faites \u00e0 vous-m\u00eame) positives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour faire de l\u2019autohypnose, vous allez donc entrer dans un \u00e9tat qui est proche de la r\u00eaverie ou d\u2019une des formes de m\u00e9ditation<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un \u00e9tat dans lequel vous allez \u00eatre centr\u00e9 sur vous-m\u00eame<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de vos pens\u00e9es<\/strong> (mots, images\u2026) et r\u00e9actions<\/strong> (mouvements, sensations\u2026) qui viennent naturellement de l\u2019inconscient.<\/span><\/p>\n

On appelle \u00ab induction \u00bb le processus qui permet d\u2019entrer en \u00e9tat d\u2019hypnose<\/strong>. Il y a plusieurs formes d\u2019inductions qui ont chacune leurs avantages en fonction de l\u2019objectif de la s\u00e9ance d\u2019hypnose et de la personne . <\/span><\/p>\n

Mon induction pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e consiste tout simplement \u00e0 me centrer sur ma respiration, sur les mouvements du corps, li\u00e9s \u00e0 la respiration et peu \u00e0 peu de laisser le corps se rel\u00e2cher. Puis se centrer encore un peu plus sur soi-m\u00eame et simplement se laisser aller.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comment savoir que vous \u00eates en \u00e9tat d’autohypnose ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Vous vous sentez lourd(e) ou au contraire, l\u00e9ger(e). Vous \u00eates calme, d\u00e9tendu(e), mais une larme se met subitement \u00e0 couler au coin de l\u2019\u0153il. Vous \u00eates en pleine possession de votre esprit, mais vous avez la sensation de ne plus \u00eatre en mesure de bouger de l\u00e0 o\u00f9 vous \u00eates.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ou encore vous n\u2019\u00eates pas fatigu\u00e9(e), mais vous n\u2019arr\u00eatez soudainement plus de b\u00e2iller. Vous sentez des fourmillements, ou vos membres semblent engourdis. Et vous avez la sensation de ne plus les contr\u00f4ler, ils semblent bouger seuls. La liste est loin d\u2019\u00eatre compl\u00e8te, mais une fois que vous observez un de ces signes, l\u2019heure est \u00e0 l\u2019autosuggestion<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
